We accept files from most page layout and image editing softwares. We cannot assume liability for delays arising from problems encountered when working with customer submitted files. Editing, copying, translating, programming or other necessary file manipulation will require additional charges at regular rates. Any such file manipulation recommendations and related charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain backups of all files submitted to Streeter Printing & Graphics, Inc. Streeter Printing cannot be held responsible for accidental damage to any disk submitted by its customers.
